Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer flat rate shipping of $4.99 on all US orders, regardless of order size. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery is 10–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are not within our control.

Local Pickup Free local pickup is available for customers in the Merrimack Valley area. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll send you an email with pickup details once your order is ready (typically within 2–3 business days).
